Return Policy: Merchandise returns must be requested within 10 days after receipt and must receive a returned merchandise authorization number prior to return. All returned shipments must be complete and in original/new condition. Earpieces, helmet kits, and batteries are non-refundable. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Return merchandise is subject to a 20% restocking fee. FCC License: Two-way radios require an FCC license. It is the customer's responsibility to obtain this license, however, we can assist you with this.
